TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION
(All prices include the taxes of Ukraine)
The Participant can order:
EQUIPPED EXHIBITION AREA IN THE EXHIBITION PAVILION
The standard exhibition area price includes the following clauses: expenses on exhibition area equipped with stand having one opened side, signboard with the name of the firm, a carpet covering, cleaning of passages, security when exhibition is closed. Table, two chairs, a lighting appliance, a European wall socket, a waste-paper box are provided on a stand from 9 m2. Each further 12 m2 additionally include a table, two chairs, a lighting appliance, an European wall socket.
UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION AREA IN THE EXHIBITION PAVILION The price includes the following clauses: security when exhibition is closed, cleaning of passages. Extra charge for a stand: - If on the exhibition stand there are 2 or more companies exhibiting – 40% of the exhibition area cost; - opened with 2 sides is 30% of the exhibition area cost; (minimum area - 30 sq.m) - opened with 3 sides is 25% of the exhibition area cost (minimum area - 60 sq.m); - opened with 4 sides is 20% of the exhibition area cost (minimum area - 112 sq.m); - for a two-storeyed stand (with fully equipped working places) – 50% of the exhibition area cost.
NECESSARY ARRANGEMENT FEE OF EUR 120 IS FOR AN EVERY EXHIBITOR FIRM It includes expenses on advertisement campaign, invitations’ dispatch, information insertion into the exhibition catalogue, the Participant’s registration, badges and invitations for the exhibition, 2 invitations for the official reception on the occasion of the exhibition opening.
CORRESPONDENCE PARTICIPATION The Participant gets the right to insert information into the official exhibition catalogue.
Every Participant of the exhibition may be provided with additional equipment and service for a special charge under the price-list. At the Participant's request a custom-made stand design is provided.

THE ORDER OF PUTTING IN AN APPLICATION
In order to be included into the list of Participants it is necessary to fill in an application and provide a list of brands that would be presented at the exhibition and send them to the address of the Organizer before 30.10.2010.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the application in the following cases:
- if application is not presented in due time; if list of brands is not presented; if the participation payment is not effected in due time; if goods don't match the theme of the exhibition; if design-project of the stand is not stipulated in due time.
The stand location in the exhibition will be defined after the application presentation and the agreement of stand design.
If putting in an application for the unequipped exhibition area the Participant should stipulate a design-project and stand's construction time before 30.10.2010.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Participation payment is to be effected to the currency account of Kyiv International Contract Fair according to issued invoice. After the application presentation it is necessary to make 30% of the payment from the total amount of participation during 5 working days having received the invoice. Final payment for the participation must be effected before 30.10.2010. If the Participant violates the fixed date of payment the Organizer may increase the payment amount at the rate of 1 per cent for an every day of delay and change the place of the stand at the exhibition. In case of Participant's refusal from taking part in the exhibition presented in writing:
- before 25.10.2010 - the Organizer shall give back 80 per cent of the total amount of the remitted payment;
- before 30.10.2010 - the remitted payment shall be returned at the rate of 50 per cent;
- after 05.11.2010 - the remitted money shall not be returned and no claim to the Organizer shall be accepted.
After 05.11.2010 the application should be put in together with a payment document copy.
THE ORDER OF STAND CONSTRUCTION
Architectural bureau of KICF is the general constructor of the exposition with whom the Participant should agreed all questions related to stand construction till the 30.11.2010, via phone: +380 44 4619347.
All participants constructing their stand themselves are obliged to get the accreditation (permission for construction works in the exhibition center KYIVEXPOPLAZA). Tel: +380 44 4619585, 4619921. General conditions on construction, safety measures and suspension works are in the addendum №1 (price-list for additional equipment and services).
PUTTING IN AN INFORMATION INTO THE OFFICIAL EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
For information insertion into the official catalogue the Participant presents the information as follows:
a) a full name of the enterprise;
b) mail address, phone number, fax number, E-mail;
c) brief summary about the main activity and goods (represented at the exhibition) both in Ukrainian and English. It should be no more than 70 words in each language (punctuation marks and conjunctions are not taken into account).
d) name of catalogue section in which it is necessary to place information.
The final date for information presentation is 30.10.2010. Logotype, colour and black-and-white advertisement may be inserted under the price-list. If putting information after the fixed time the Participant will be deprived of the right to insert it into the official catalogue of the exhibition and no claims to the Organiser shall be accepted.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
1. The Participant is obliged to occupy an exhibition area before 10 p.m. 17.11.2010 and free it before 10 p.m. 20.11.2010 according to the exhibition work schedule. 2. In case of damage or loss of the exhibition equipment the Participant must reimburse it at the rate of the total cost during a week. 3. The Participant should give back the filled application contract (original) and act on rendering services to the Organizer before 20.11.2010. 4. The Participant is obliged to stipulate with the Organizer the following: - a right to make artistic and decoration work out of the exhibition stand space; - a right to stick information and advertising materials on walls and exhibition equipment; - a right, time, contents, place of show -program performance; - a period of time for organising seminars, conferences; - a right to sell any information and advertising material out of the stand. 5. Sales of products has to be realized according to Ukrainian legislation. 6. The Organizer shall not bear responsibility for preservation, damage or theft of the Participant's property during opening time of the exhibition. 7. The Organizer may change the conditions for participation in the exhibition before signing the application by the Participant. 8. Discount policy is applicable to exhibition area price. 9. The Participant is obliged to follow the instruction of safety work, fire safety, work schedule. 10. Customs service is to be paid by the Participant under the tariff stated in the customs legislation of Ukraine.
